5 Year Warranty
- EA assures total customer satisfaction.
- EA warrants to the original purchaser all components for a period of 5 years from date of purchase, proof of purchase will be required.
- EA warrants to the original purchaser that all components will be free from material defects. EA will repair or replace, at its option, any unaltered components.
- Customer’s own material is not warranted.
- Warranty is limited to a forty hour work week and 250 lb. user weight limit, the warranty is void if either condition is breached.
- The warranty is limited to parts replacement or repair and does not cover cost of transportation, shipping of parts and/or labour.
- Warranty will be void in the case of improper assembly or maintenance including but not limited to bolts which are not fully tightened, improper set-up including but not limited to incorrectly set mechanism tension.
- In the case of a voided warranty the affected chair can still be repaired however the customer/dealer will be responsible for all freight, parts and/or labour costs that result.
- There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than those specifically described.
- EA shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
