All products must be returned in the original packaging. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returned merchandise. To obtain your RA number, please contact an EA customer service representative at 905-830-4441 or toll free 888-374-6666 ext. 22.
Any product returned must be received in excellent condition and credit issued subject to inspection. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE CHARGES INCURRED ON RETURNS. ALL RETURNS ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL EA IS IN RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products, with the exception of warranty returns. |
